    Recently moved to the area and we are looking for new places to dine. El Tenampa was very good. The portion size was large and the service efficient and personable. I had the chicken and beef fajitas and my husband had the carne asada. Both dishes were very good. We will come back to try some other dishes. It's BYOB.

    I really enjoy our visiting here at El Tenampa.  Their salsa is soooo good. We had their rice bowls which were really tasty and my husband enjoyed a VERY large burrito.  Services was fast. I can't wait to visit again!!

    Went for my Birthday. Small place, very clean. Nice staff. Food was pretty good for such a small restaurant. Stuffed Poblano was good. Will be back.

    The salsa is addicting! They have a free bowl
    With chips to start you off. Yum! We have our favorite meals we get
    Most of the time! Quesadillas, enchiladas and the burritos. What else is there ? Try the tri color enchiladas-delicious!

    I don't know??? This place grosses me out sorry! Pricey!!! Guacamole large was two table spoons of avacodo and $7 . Go to Tom's River or if you really need Mexican near this location Taco Bell might be a better solution! It's cramped not very clean and food isn't anything to talk about:(
